In its objectives as the first global entity specifically established to unify and coordinate cooperation among organizations on the national level that are involved in the advancement of progressive preventive medicine. The World Anti-Aging Academy of Medicine (WAAAM) adopts the United Nations model for organizational participation. Sustaining Member Organizations
European Society of Anti-Aging Medicine (ESAAM)
ESAAM seeks to propagate knowledge about preventive and regenerative medicine throughout Europe. WAAAM is the sole and official worldwide educational affiliate to ESAAM. ESAAM aims include:
- • Continuous education of doctors so enabling them to adopt the highest standards according to the latest research results in Anti-Ageing.
- •Certification through the National Societies as a member of ESAAM.
- •Development of high quality standards of education for the education of doctors in Anti-Ageing Medicine in Europe.
- •Developing guidelines for Anti-Ageing Medicine for Europe.
- •Intellectual support for scientific projects leading to a new insight in the clinical relevant management of patients seeking advice in Anti-Ageing practices.
ESAAM objectives include:
- • Standardization of the European Anti-Ageing Medicine Education on a high quality level (ECARE) - subunit of ESAAM.
- • Collecting experiences of the Research medicine and introducing them into the standardized Anti-Ageing Medicine, so initiating high quality medicine.
- • Support for research in the area of early prevention of age-related diseases, collecting and collating data, supplied by National Societies in Europe
American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)
The A4M, established in 1992, is a founding and primary sustaining Member Organization of WAAAM. Since its inception, the A4M has been responsible for positioning the anti-aging clinical medical specialty as a leading innovative paradigm for healthcare in the aging nations around the world. The A4M co-sponsors the world's largest scientific conferences in the area of advanced preventative medicine. Through the American Board of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine (ABAARM) and the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP), the A4M credentials physicians and health personnel in the anti-aging medical specialty. The Fellowship of Anti-Aging Medicine & Regenerative Medicine and The Aesthetic Anti-Aging Fellowship are A4M co-sponsored postgraduate medical education programs that provide intensive, hands-on training from experts in these fields.
British Society of Anti-Ageing Medicine (BSAAM)
The British Society of Anti-Ageing Medicine (BSAAM) is a non-profit organization incorporated and based in London. It is the primary organizational educational sponsor of the Anti-Ageing Conference London (AACL).
